I have worked for Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation since 2016. We create production line automation for the semiconductor industry. These include:
Cleanway overhead vehicle systems with high-speed transport of up to 300m/min.
Embedded Files
Clean Stockers which are AS/RS buffering intrabay and interbay machines in various sizes from a walk in closet to something like a three story tall semi trailer with nitrogen purged environments inside.
Also various structural and support equipment, logistics management software, and other large smashy bits.
I am unfortunately not allowed to share the most interesting details to protect customer confidentiality.
Previously I worked for a subcontractor, SSR, from 2007 to 2015 doing largely the same things. I also managed multiple installation projects in clean rooms around the world, and designed and supervised the manufacture of custom support equipment like specialized scaffolding to perform installation around a live production line with minimal impact to manufacturing.
I earned an Associates degree in Applied Electrical Engineering in 2003.
